Carnival is paper pieced and a twelve month Block of the Month design.  It has a central star surrounded by 1/2 stars, 3/4 stars and more full stars.  It is designed using Tula Pink's solids and true color fabrics.  All the paper foundation is included in the Complete Quilt Kit to make the quilt.
